The infusion obtained from this citrus fruit is the distinctive signature of our drink, giving a unique taste with intense aromas. Our Chinotto is made with Chinotto from the Savona Slow Food Presidium.

Its clear shade is enriched with vibrant caramelized nuances. An intense scent of citrus and spices envelops the senses. The bubbles enhance the complexity of its bouquet, which ranges between citrus fruits, herbs, spices and bitter caramel. On the palate, it reveals itself velvety and soft, with a noble body and balanced harmony, without excessive sweetness.
