Piedmont Apricots in Syrup made from the Round of Costigliole variety, grown in Piedmont orchards. Submerged in a syrup of water and cane sugar, these apricots are known for their intense fruity aroma and a slight almond aftertaste, due to the presence of the pit. The product is vegan and gluten-free, perfect for topping desserts, yogurt, cakes, cocktails or enhancing fruit salads. The syrup can be reused to make ice pops or natural juices. The apricots can be pitted and stuffed for creative desserts, for instance with Moscato mousse, cream, or cocoa. This artisanal product brings to the table the quality and authentic sweetness of Italian fruit, carefully processed a few kilometers from the harvesting fields.
