120 Minutes after soaking
Preparation and cooking instructions: Rinse the chickpeas and soak them in cold water for 8-12 hours. Discard the water and rinse them again. Place them in plenty of cold water, bring to a boil, and cook over moderate heat for about 120 minutes. In a pressure cooker, 45 minutes from the start of the whistle is sufficient. Salt should be added at the end of cooking.
Store in a cool and dry place.
