Enrico Serafino's Dolcetto d'Alba is produced in the province of Cuneo where the carefully selected grapes are cooled with carbonic snow. The must is then fermented in steel tanks before being macerated and bottled. In Piedmontese Dolcetto means 'sweet in acidity', a more than fitting definition as it is one of the most versatile wines of the region. Its ruby colour and fruity flavour make it a perfect match for a variety of dishes.
