Tormaresca Fichimori Vino Rosso Freddo del Salento IGT - 75 cl is a red wine from Puglia by Tormaresca, made to be served chilled. It comes from Negroamaro grapes with a small addition of Syrah. A 5-day cold maceration at 5°C gives it a fresh, fruity profile that also works with raw seafood.

  • Winemaking: cold pre-fermentation maceration at 5°C for 5 days.
  • Format: 75 cl bottle with 12% ABV.
