Ricciarelli take their name from Ricciardetto della Gherardesca who, returning from the crusades, brought back some almond paste sweets to Tuscany which immediately had, and still have today, an undisputed success. Hazelnut ricciarelli are a delicious variant of the classics, in which the crunchiness and scent of hazelnut grains enhances the unique taste of almonds for a triumph of deliciousness.

ALMOND AND HAZELNUT PASTRY
Sugar – almonds 33% – hazelnuts 14% – icing sugar 6.5% (sugar, corn starch) – soluble chicory fiber – fresh pasteurized free-range egg white – flavorings – preservative: sorbic acid – leavening agent : ammonium hydrogen carbonate – salt.
May contain wheat, milk, soy and other nuts.
