Friol's tips:
- Fry in plenty of oil and do not salt during frying
- To reduce the surface contact with air, it is good to use deep pans
- Drain the fried food on paper towel and sprinkle with salt while still hot
- Do not reuse the oil
Normal frying temperatures:
French fries and croquettes 175°C
Chicken, fish, and pastries 175°C
Vegetables and cutlets 170°C
