Bellavista Alma Brut Franciacorta DOCG - 75 cl

Bellavista's Franciacorta DOCG Cuvée Brut “Alma” is born from the careful combination of approximately 60 of the 120 harvest selections obtained in the cellar. Approximately 100 of these selections come from the same harvest, identified with great precision in 107 parcels located in 10 different municipalities in Franciacorta ("horizontal assembly"). Added to this rich heritage of olfactory and gustatory variations are the aromas and flavors of particular "reserve wines" coming from different vintages ("vertical assembly"). This unique cuvée, with its elegant complexity, represents the most authentic and often mysterious soul of Franciacorta. Tasting notes: Straw yellow in color with greenish reflections, it has a fine and continuous perlage, with an abundant and persistent crown. On the nose, the aroma is broad, with nuances of sweet and slightly ripe fruit, enriched by subtle vegetal and vanilla notes. In the mouth it is savory and complete, fresh and vibrant, with a return of the notes perceived on the nose. The finish is long, elegant and harmonious.
