Elah's Vanilla Cream turns every dessert into a sweet delight. With its rich and pure flavor, this cream is perfect for those who enjoy delicate but distinctive tastes. It's easy to prepare and consistently yields a smooth and appealing texture. Ideal for enhancing cakes, ice creams, or as a spoon dessert. Add 1 liter of milk to the content of a packet. It can also be prepared with lactose-free milk. Pour the contents of a packet into a saucepan and add part of the liter of milk, stirring until a lump-free cream is obtained. Add the remaining milk, bring to a boil and cook while stirring for 1 minute over medium heat. For quicker preparation, whisk the mixture into the already hot milk. Pour into a single mold or into 4 single-serving molds. The Table Cream can be unmolded after 2 hours in the refrigerator or after 4 hours at room temperature. A tasty idea... coconut: Garnish the unmolded Table Cream with grated coconut and slices of fresh coconut.
