Vincenzi Bicerin Liqueur with Giandujotto - 70 cl

Bicerin is a famous gianduja cream drink, an authentic icon of Turin culture and tradition, widespread in the city's cafés since the early 19th century. This delicacy, documented in the best gastronomic literature, has a deep-rooted history. Giandujotto's Bicerin, a creamy liqueur without coffee, has an alcohol content of 15% vol. in a 70 cl format. This recipe, which originated in the early nineteenth century, replaces coffee with hazelnut, thus recalling the famous "giandujotto" chocolate. Born from the need to reduce the costs of importing coffee and cocoa, the chocolate was mixed with Piedmontese hazelnuts, giving life to this delicious drink. Giandujotto's Bicerin is gluten and dairy free, with no expiry date even after opening, as it does not contain milk. It is recommended to store it at room temperature. The word "bicerin" in Piedmontese, Lombardy and Venetian dialect indicates a small glass, in which this refined liqueur is traditionally served in the bars of Turin.
