Ingredients: 77% lean common chocolate powder (sugar, lean cocoa), Modified starches (potato), Natural flavor, May contain wheat, milk, eggs, nuts, soy

Add deliciousness to your sweets with the new Chocolate flavored cream Paneangeli with an even more intense flavor. Ideal for cakes, tarts, krapfen, bigné, and pastries. Intense flavor. Prepare it with milk. No cooking required. 2 Sachets. Prepare it simply and quickly, without adding eggs and without cooking: - Gradually add and mix the content of one sachet to 250 ml of room temperature milk. - Whisk for at least 2 minutes with an electric mixer at medium speed or with a hand whisk, until you get a smooth and homogeneous consistency. - If using skimmed milk, only add 200 ml. Store the ready product in the refrigerator. With the content of one sachet, you can make a filling layer for a 24 cm diameter cake or fill 18-20 bigné. Store in a cool and dry place.
