Pfanni uses only selected potatoes and transforms them into soft flakes with a process that preserves their flavor and main nutrients. Potatoes are not only delicious, but also very nutritious and with Pfanni mashed potato flakes you can enrich your menu within a varied and balanced diet.
How to prepare: Pour 400 ml of water into a saucepan and bring to the boil. Remove the saucepan from the heat and add 100 ml of cold water. Pour the contents of one sachet and mix until you obtain a smooth and creamy consistency. Let the puree rest for 1-2 minutes. Mix again before serving.
