The history of the Monardo family is ancient and dates back to 3 generations ago when Mr. Domenico Monardo began producing the so-called Mostaccioli, a typical Sorianese product known in the various surrounding areas since the early 1900s. Little by little the fame spreads throughout Calabria thanks to other baked products (Mandorlato, dairy biscuits...) that Mastro Antonio Monardo produces in his family business
