Enrico Serafino Barbera d'Asti Superiore - 75 cl

Enrico Serafino's Barbera d'Asti Superiore is made from Barbera grapes harvested in vineyards in the province of Asti in Piedmont. It is aged for 14 months in oak barrels. Its ruby red colour with violet hues is a representation of the aroma of red fruits, violets and spices. The flavour is fresh with a slight acidity and a spicy finish. Perfect with pasta dishes, risottos, and cheeses, but also cured meats and roasts.
